Business gas — compare commercial gas prices across the UK market.
From small offices to manufacturing sites. Fixed and flexible commercial gas contracts, quoted whole-of-market.
How commercial gas pricing works
Business gas is priced on the same two-part model as electricity — a unit rate (pence per kWh) and a standing charge (pence per day). Wholesale movements are the biggest driver of the unit rate. Locking in a fixed price for 24–36 months during a low-wholesale window can protect you against future volatility.
MPRN — your gas supply's ID
Every gas meter has an MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number), typically 6–10 digits, printed on your bill. With your MPRN and an LOA we can pull your consumption history and quote suppliers accurately.
When switching gas matters most
If you use large volumes of gas — hospitality, laundries, care homes, manufacturing — a 1p/kWh difference on the unit rate is thousands of pounds a year. Comparing at renewal is not optional; it's the biggest single cost lever you have.
